Taco Soup

This is my favorite soup to make because it’s quick and easy. Not a lot of prep, it doesn’t need to simmer all day, its no fuss.

Start with 2lbs Circle Bar Beef ground beef, one yellow onion, yellow pepper (optional), 2 cloves garlic, 3/4 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 Can diced tomatoes. one can corn, 1 can black beans drained, 1 can kidney beans, 2 cups beef broth

Brown ground beef, add spices. Chop onion and pepper into small pieces and add to beef, let cook until tender. Add all other ingrediency and let simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Fill your bowl and top with a little shredded cheese, some sour cream, cilantro and a few corn chips.

Perfect on a cold day.
